“Can I start a jewelry business without buying hundreds of pieces of one design?”
Yes. Many new jewelry brands, small businesses, online sellers and wholesale buyers begin with a limited budget.
Your first order does not need to be a large collection with deep inventory in every style. A better approach is to choose several ready-stock styles, test them with your customers and then reorder the products that actually sell.
This helps you learn the market without putting all your cash into slow-moving inventory.

I Have a Limited Budget. What Should My First Order Look Like?

Start with a focused mixed-style order instead of buying a large quantity of one design.
Before choosing products, consider:
  • Who your customers are
  • What price range they can accept
  • Which styles fit your store
  • Whether you want to focus on fashion, magnetic, titanium or red copper jewelry
  • How much cash you want to keep available for marketing and reorders
Our product range includes 316 stainless steel fashion jewelry, 316L stainless steel magnetic jewelry, pure titanium jewelry and 99.9% pure red copper jewelry.
Selected ready-stock styles can start at 5 pcs per style, while some styles start at one dozen (12 pcs). The starting quantity is confirmed by style, not as a general five-piece total order.
This allows you to choose different styles and build a practical first order without buying hundreds of pieces of one model.
When comparing suppliers, do not only ask, “What is your MOQ?”
Also ask:
  • Is the quantity per style?
  • Can different styles be mixed?
  • Are the products currently in stock?
  • Can the same styles be reordered later?

I Have Chosen the Styles. How Much Will Shipping Cost?

A reliable shipping quote depends on the products, quantity and destination. It cannot be calculated accurately from the product name alone.
The normal process is:
  1. You send the model numbers or product screenshots and quantities.
  1. You provide the destination country, city and postcode.
  1. We check current availability and estimate the packed weight.
  1. We compare DHL, FedEx, UPS or air-shipping options.
  1. You choose the method that suits your budget and delivery time.
  1. We send the tracking details after dispatch.
For ready-stock orders, preparation usually takes around 3–7 days after the order details are confirmed.
DHL, FedEx or UPS express delivery often takes around 3–5 working days in many countries. Air shipping may take around 7–12 working days, depending on the route and destination.
You should also ask whether local customs clearance, import duty or tax is included. Express shipping does not automatically include every local charge. Some air or DDP routes may include additional services, but this must be confirmed for the specific shipment.

What Should I Do When Some Styles Start Selling?

Do not wait until a popular style is completely sold out before contacting your supplier.
Send us:
  • The model number
  • How many pieces you have sold
  • How many pieces you may need next
  • Your expected reorder date
  • Any preferred color or size
We can then check current availability, pricing and whether the same style can be added to your next shipment.
Stock changes regularly. The earlier you share your sales feedback, the more likely we can help you arrange replenishment before you miss customer orders.
If the original style is no longer available, we can check similar ready-stock options or discuss a new production plan.
For a new online seller, it is useful to record the model number, color, quantity sold and customer feedback after the first order. This makes the next purchasing decision much easier.

Can I Add My Logo or Use Branded Packaging?

Yes. Logo engraving and branded packaging can be discussed for suitable orders.
These services are not automatically included in the ready-stock product price. They usually involve additional costs depending on:
  • Logo method
  • Logo size and position
  • Product material and surface
  • Packaging type
  • Quantity
  • Whether a sample or proof is required
If you need a logo, send us the logo file and explain where you want it placed.
If you need branded packaging, tell us the packaging type, size, quantity and design requirements. We can then check the available options and quote the additional cost separately.
For a new brand, it is often safer to test the products first and add branding after you know which styles sell.
OEM/ODM projects generally start from 100 pcs per style. You can learn more about the OEM jewelry manufacturing process in China.

Can You Provide High-Resolution Product Images?

For many available styles, we are happy to provide high-resolution product images when they are available.
These images can be used for:
  • Online stores
  • Product listings
  • Social media
  • Wholesale catalogs
  • Customer recommendations
Send us the model numbers you are interested in and tell us where you plan to use the images. We can then check which product photos and information are available for those styles.
If you need new model photography, lifestyle images or specially edited images, please explain the requirement separately so we can check what is possible.

Can I Order Samples Before My First Wholesale Order?

Yes. Samples can be discussed before placing a larger order.
For available ready-stock styles, samples can usually be arranged after we confirm the model and current availability. Ready-stock samples may be provided without a product charge, while shipping is normally paid by the buyer.
Because stock changes regularly, send the model numbers or screenshots first. We can then check the samples and calculate the shipping cost.
Samples are useful when you want to check the actual weight, finish, size, color and wearing effect before listing the products in your store.

A Practical Way to Start

You do not need to know everything before contacting a jewelry supplier.
Choose several suitable styles, tell us the quantities you are considering and provide your destination details. We can help check the current stock, starting quantities, prices, shipping options, branding requirements and available product images.
After your products reach the market, share the sales feedback with us. We can help you check replenishment options and discuss branding or OEM/ODM when your business is ready.
This approach is suitable for small businesses, new e-commerce sellers, new brands and wholesale buyers opening a new jewelry category.
