This pouch is made for liquid refill products that need to be easy to carry, easy to pour, and strong enough for daily use.
It is suitable for detergent, hand wash, dish wash, shampoo, conditioner, floor cleaner, liquid soap, sauce, and other refill liquids.
Compared with a normal small spout pouch, this style has a wider body and a die-cut handle. It is more suitable for larger filling volumes, such as 500mL to 1500mL.

Recommended Bag Style

For 500mL–1500mL liquid refill products, we usually recommend a stand-up refill pouch with handle and angled screw cap.
The angled spout helps the liquid pour more smoothly. The die-cut handle helps the user control the pouch when pouring. The side seal and bottom gusset should be strong enough for the filling weight.
For larger volume or heavier liquid, we can adjust the pouch width, sealing area, and material thickness.





Material Structure Guidance

For this type of liquid refill pouch, a common non-aluminum structure is:
PET / NY / PE
Recommended structure:
PET12 / NY15 / PE120
  • PET outer layer: good for printing and surface appearance
  • NY middle layer: improves puncture resistance and flex resistance
  • PE inner layer: helps with heat sealing and leak resistance
This structure is usually suitable for daily chemical refill products and many liquid products.
If your product needs stronger barrier performance, or if it contains alcohol, oil, fragrance, or active ingredients, we can help check whether the structure needs to be adjusted.

For 500mL–1500mL refill pouches, the common thickness range is:
120–180 microns
Smaller packs can use a lighter structure. For 1000mL–1500mL packs, we usually suggest a stronger structure and wider sealing area.
